The peppers from our farms in Palakkad and Idukki are cultivated with utmost care and supervision. They are naturally grown and are handpicked and sorted for further procedures. These are then manually washed and dried under the sun by our team. The tinge of peppery flavor this adds to any dish is indescribable. The coriander seeds from farmers are procured by our team after checking their methods of farming as it affects the taste in a great way. Once they pass the initial phase, we hand-wash, dry, and powder them in extremely hygienic conditions taking care of the temperature and other necessary conditions to ensure purity and taste.

This delicious Sambarpowder is a recipe from our mother which has been transferred through generations in the family. The recipe is a prized possession and a family secret, but we wanted everyone to enjoy the tastiest sambar through Spais. The ingredients are roasted in a hearth avoiding LPG stoves, following the instructions in the recipe to the core. This ensures exact likeness to the exotic sambar cooked by our mother.
