The peppers from our farms in Palakkad and Idukki are cultivated with utmost care and supervision. They are naturally grown and are handpicked and sorted for further procedures. These are then manually washed and dried under the sun by our team. The tinge of peppery flavor this adds to any dish is indescribable. A pinch of this pepper powder can be so flavorful that you will be able to smell its aroma the moment you open the pack.
